I can confirm what Karlchen says, that in version 2.30.1-0ubuntu1
Gwibber does not show the 'Add' button on the right part of the screen
in order to add Facebook. Neither before nor after authorization.
I even made a new user to try with a blank /home/~ folder, and no way
