Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: twinkle

When changing ip addresses while twnkle is running will cause a crash
when you re-register. You force quit the application and it does not
close. You run a killall twinkle and when you try to open the program it
cannot listen on port 5900. The only way I could fix was to restart the
computer.
