It would be nice to provide package for libtxc_dxtn (

). libtxc_dxtn is BSD licensed, the algorithm may be patented.
There are already some debian packages available on the net, see for
example: http://debian-multimedia.org/pool/main/libt/libtxc-dxtn/libtxc-
dxtn.php
