Thank you for your suggestion. However, the changes you are requesting
aren't really a bug and require much more than a simple change. The
order of menus and applications are based on alphabet. The ordering of
the menu items, whether they are menus or applications will all change
depending the actual alphabet used. However, to change only the menu
itself will not stop the reordering of the applications in each menu.
