I have the same problem for a couple of days. Reinstalling yelp or xulrunner-1.9.2 or -1.9.3-dbg didn't help. Also there is no "compreg.dat" in /usr/lib/xulrunner*, which is good, as this was mentioned as cause in previous bug reports for yelps very helpful error message.
Haven't diagnosed the issue, but I have my suspicion that it stopped working ca. three days ago.
