The 1.17-1 package was pulled from parallelrealities and isn't available
in any Ubuntu pool. This bugreport is about issues with a third party
package and thus considered invalid for Ubuntu. Supporting every
potential external packaging effort isn't something that's useful or
could possibly work out properly.
