I just wanna share.
My bug desription is

I success fix it with the new Gwibber.
Here it's step
1. Download all files of gwibber
https://launchpad.net/~gwibber-daily/+archive/ppa/+files/gwibber_2.31.2~bzr771-0ubuntu1~daily1_all.deb
https://launchpad.net/~gwibber-daily/+archive/ppa/+files/gwibber-service_2.31.2~bzr771-0ubuntu1~daily1_all.deb
https://launchpad.net/~gwibber-daily/+archive/ppa/+files/gwibber-themes_2.31.2~bzr771-0ubuntu1~daily1_all.deb
(optional)
2. Then install gwibber service via terminal with command
# dpkg -i gwibber-service_2.31.2~bzr771-0ubuntu1~daily1_all.deb
3. After that, you still not yet direct install the gwibber because you must
fix the broken packages. Then write this again in terminal
# apt-get install -f (it will removed some packages, but just do it)
4. Now you can install gwibber from that file
(gwibber_2.31.2~bzr771-0ubuntu1~daily1_all.deb) with GDebi / Package installer
Without log out / restart, you can try it !!
