Been looking around my DSDT.dsl file and found that using
\_SB.PCI0.PEGP.VGA._OFF probably turns off my discrete graphics card.
After I run echo '\_SB.PCI0.PEGP.VGA._OFF' > /proc/acpi/call the laptop runs
abit cooler, and the lspci -v gives me
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation Device 0a69 (rev ff)
(prog-if ff)
        !!! Unknown header type 7f

echo '\_SB.PCI0.PEGP.VGA._ON' > /proc/acpi/call the temperature increases
almost instant. and lspci -v produces
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation Device 0a69 (rev a2)
        Subsystem: Hewlett-Packard Company Device 142e
Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 11
        Memory at f0000000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=16M]
        Memory at c0000000 (64-bit, prefetchable) [size=256M]
        Memory at d0000000 (64-bit, prefetchable) [size=32M]
        I/O ports at 4000 [disabled] [size=128]

I'am using an HP DM3-1130eo laptop. (see comment above)
