Binary package hint: evolution-indicator
The indicator-applet does not react on new mails when message-filters
are applied.
Steps to reproduce:
Create a "Message filter" in evolution. Choose a random action, for example
assigning a color, mark it as important or move it to an different directory
Send a mail to yourself matching the created filter
This mail will not trigger the "new mail" notification when it arrives
