Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: usb-creator-gtk

Minor bug: progress indicator jumps from 0% to 90% in a matter of
seconds, and the time shown for "until completion" starts at roughly 7
seconds. Soon thereafter, I presume when it starts copying the large
filesystem.squashfs on the iso image, it shows a realistic time, but the
progress bar still stays at 90% for until it's done.

Better would be to use the bytes transferred as an indicator of
progress, rather than (I'm assuming) the number of files.
