Public bug reported:
i have an acer aspire 4730z and i just installed a dual boot of vista and
ubuntu last week.
i have been using vista for 2 years and decided to switch to ubuntu because it
seemed to be the most popular and easy to use lunix distro.
Now that i installed it, everytime i boot up in ubuntu, without touching
anything, it says its using 30% of my processor!
the fan is on and its pretty loud from startup to shutdown/sleep, none stop!
open a couple(5) of tabs in chrome, gets up to 50% to 70%.
its getting annoying and if i open more tabs the computer gets laggy and reachs
100% cpu use.
ubuntu is awsome, if it wasnt for the heating up 5min after startup issue.
any help is appreciated
thanks
