Today I tested the same boot media at the PC of my brother. Same problem
with ASUS AV8 Mainboard (Chipset: VIA K8T800 Pro + VIA VT8237)... later
I'll test it with an othter testsystem

  Text-Installation crashes after choose of keyboard-layout and hardware-
  detection with error: "Your installation CD-ROM couldn't be mounted."
  The CD-media is checked an works on other hardware.
