Hey Omer, thank you for you interest in this problem.
I did remove the second Twitter account a couple of days ago, because I
didn't want to post all my tweets on two Twitter accounts
simultaneously.
That didn't help with the original problem, though: I still cannot
select to send a fresh message only as a tweet or only as a dent, both
accounts are always active, no matter how often I click on the account
icons.
RT/reply still works as intended, when I try to reply to a Tweet, the
bottom area of the window will switch from just showing the two account
icons ("Send with: [generic identi.ca icon] [generic Twitter icon]") to
"[recipient icon] Replying to [recipient name] as [wide account icon
including account name]"
