Mitch,
I went through all the steps of setting up UbuntuOne, and assigned some
folders to be synced.

The folder structure synced pretty quickly, but the actual files just didn't
seem to progress at all. I made sure my machine was online for significant
periods, tried from our office LAN as well as from home, created a second
account, and tried again, but had no luck at all.

I regularly use Dropbox which (very simplistically speaking) does roughly
the same thing, and don't (or very rarely) have sync problems with that.

I'd be delighted to get this working, I'm hoping to convince my director to
implement Ubuntu across our organisation!
