Sort of, you can reproduce the behavior in OpenOffice by changing the
font color from Automatic to White. On automatic it will adjust the font
color based on the background/highlighted color so it stays visible, on
white it will stay white no matter what, even if it makes the text seem
invisible. In that word document, the font color was set to white.
