Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: smplayer

On first start SMPlayer sucsesfuly detect system locale and set right interface
language, but not set same default subtitle language for autodetect subtitle
encoding option. Why not? Most of peoples, who watch video with subtitles, use
subtitles in the same language they speak.
So, if SMPlayer put correct language into this field, maybe enable "Try to
autodetect for this language" by default?
