You have been subscribed to a public bug:
Qt applications able minimizing to tray restores from tray at not the same
vertical position. Y coordinate after restoring always becomes Y=Y -
window_header_size. On the screenshot i marked position of window's top edge
after each restoring during serie of minimizings/restorings from tray.
This affects all Qt apps (Amarok, Skype, qtwitter...)
