Hi, sorry for the slow response.
Can you attach the output of "upower --monitor-detail" during these
events? Something like:
1) Boot up.
2) upower --monitor-detail | tee upower.log
3) Close the lid.
4) Open the lid.
5) Ctrl+C the upower command.
6) Attach upower.log here.
