This problem occurred when I was applying updates to my PC.  As far as I
know all other updates installed correctly.  I am not sure about the
value of this report as I suspect that the computer may have some
stability issues.  Specifically it locked up the first time I tried to
apply updates and required a hard reset via the reset button.  The PC is
a older AMD Athalon based computer with 1 gig of memory, a 2400+
processor running or a Gigabyte GA-7VTXH+.  I can get you more detailed
specs if you need them.  However I have only intermittent access to this
machine.
