Sorry guys, I spent a while on this, but I am in a bit over my head. The
whole build system for gpsdrive has changed (uses cmake now) and so the
packaging needs to be done from scratch.

I have managed to do all the patching work, I went through each one and
found out whether it is still needed, attached is a ZIP containing the
*updated* patches that are still needed for gpsdrive.

This bug needs someone to package gpsdrive from scratch. As I said all
the patches are there, it just needs someone who has experience with
cmake. It will solve lots of bugs and so would be a worthwhile task.
