Using a usb card adapter for secure internet transactions (Bank-ID,
Sweden), makes Firefox unable to close properly and also unable to
restart. Removing the 'secmod.db'-file in the .mozilla/firefox/xxxxxx
.default-folder solves the immediate problem but isn't really a lasting
solution. Don't really know what 'secmod.db' does because no apparent
change in Firefox behaviour is apparent after it's deletion.
