Please sync procmail 3.22-19 (main) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
We can sync the package as debian has changed recommends to default-mta
and our default-mta is postfix
Changelog since current maverick version 3.22-18ubuntu1:
procmail (3.22-19) unstable; urgency=low
* Adopted remaining code changes from procmail 3.23pre.
* Changed MTA recommends to "default-mta | mail-transport-agent".
* Changed mailstat to use [:alnum:] instead of 0-9A-Za-z.
