I have discussed this with a Xerox engineer, as I had the same problem with a Xerox Phaser 8560DN-2 printer. Trying to print many documents, including output.pdf (attached above), crashed the printer. Following testing from Xerox, I have increased the memory in the printer from 256mb to 512mb and output.pdf now prints without issue.
