If this is 'just a server side problem' then could we agree on how to present them a better way of presenting this? At the moment they are not very technically minded and just use the defaults from the kit they are using. I did contact them once a while ago but would recommend caution in contacting them in the future as they are really good people but might get scared off by anything too complicated. Potentially they might one day, a far off day, be potential linux users so lets try to avoid scaring them. Regards from Tom :)
