Last version of gtk (post 2.21.3 and so impact maverick) move
/usr/include/gtk-2.0/gdk-pixbuf to /usr/include/gdk-pixbuf-2.0
Impact: program that use cmake and rely on FindGTK2.cmake will faill to
compile with the message "gdk-pixbuf/gdk-pixbuf.h no such file"
FindGTK2.cmake needs to pick up this new path. Maybe add gdk-pixbuf-2.0
to _relatives variable (line 133).
