Hello dear John. On first let's try work on your settings. on your desktop, click on system - preferences - keyboard, and uncheck (unmark) the '' Repetition of keys "(or something similar becouse my sistem is in italian and i'm trying to translate), then close and verify if it solve. :)Fabio
