I am sorry but I don't understand most of what I have been through on
this bug report.
The last couple of updates end saying they can not complete. The only problems
I notice are:
1. The cursor is a broken arrow dragging a broken rectangular box
2. when Firefox is launched a series of pecked yellow hoz and vert lines appear
3. Whole system freezes, after a variable period, usually but not always while
on web.
