Please
• download the script from http://gist.github.com/505684 (the “raw” link)
• install bc
• boot with init=/sbin/sulogin
• mount /proc and /sys
• run swapon /dev/sda5
• run logsave /dev/test-fsck-ioprio.log /path/to/test-fsck-ioprio /dev/sdb5 
/dev/sdb6
• attach /dev/test-fsck-ioprio.log to this bug report

If the issue can be seen in the log, the problem is with the kernel’s IO
priority handling. If not, the problem is in mountall.
