Public bug reported: Binary package hint: usb-creator
Steps to Reproduce: 1) Open usb-creator-gtk. 2) Select ISO (10.10 daily-live). 3) Erase disk. 4) Click "Open" to mount it. At this point the "Make Startup Disk" is no longer shaded out, so I click it. The "Installing the bootloader..." window appears. Then after a while this window closes and is replaced by one containing: An uncaught exception was raised: [Errno 13] Permission Denied: '/media/disk_/casper' It looks like this is right before the window saying "Copying files" is supposed to come up, based on the timeframe. If I open usb-creator-gtk with root privileges, the steps are exactly the same, except that instead of seeing the error window, the "Copying files" window appears and everything finishes normally and the ISO boots correctly.
