Binary package hint: metacity
When grabbing one window to drag it, previously selected window is
instead dragged.

I can reproduce this all day. Now that I know exactly how to reproduce.
What I expect to happen:
1. Double click on "window 1" to unmaximize
2. move mouse to "window 2"
3. attempt to drag window 2 to another position by click and drag on the title
bar of "window 2"
4. successfully dragged "window 2" to new position
What happened instead:
1. Double click on "window 1" to unmaximize
2. move mouse to "window 2"
3. attempt to drag window 2 to another position by click and drag on the title
bar of "window 2"
4. Instead of window 2 being dragged, window 1 is dragged even though the mouse
pointer is nowhere near any part of the first window.
To consistently reproduce this, it is necessary to have first
unmaximized OR maximized the first window.
Simply clicking on window 1 and then dragging window 2 results in
correct behaviour.
