Public bug reported:
Switch to using iso_639 for language, and iso_3166 for country names in
translations inside language-selector.
Also sync names of languages in data/languages with those in iso-codes
(so we actually get to see translations).
Note: if iso-codes is installed in a different than default location, we
might need to add bindtextdomain calls for both iso_639 and iso_3166
domains.
This also supersedes the fix in bug #55475.
