Linking to the debian bug report and marking as Fix Released
Per the changelog entry:
* debian/librrd-dev.install:
- Added /usr/lib/pkgconfig/librrd.pc (Closes: #522144).
This is a pretty tiny change and simply adds a file to the binary
distribution, so I am nominating this for hardy.
