I use a Sandisk Memory stick PRO Duo 4GB (Magic gate) identical to my previous one of 2GB.
I attach part of the debug.log, i hope it can be useful. (u can find what happen when i use a 2GB card and then what happen when i use the other one of 4GB) About IRC i have never used it, so if it is still needed i will try to understand in what way to contact u.
