Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

I receive a weekly news digest that has a fairly large body of html (not
an attachment). Page up/down (with keys or mouse) work properly
throughout the file. But scrolling with up/down arrow keys, mouse wheel
or scroll bar arrows does not update the display properly in the middle
of the message. The top few pages and bottom few pages work fine. I've
attached a message that exhibits the problem. Pull the scrollbar to
about halfway through the message, then try the mouse wheel or up/down
arrow keys.
