@David, Please check the kernel bug triage policies. There will never be
more than one person to confirm a bug in the kernel, since there will
not be any bugs marked as duplicates. Each person with an issue in the
kernel is advised to file a new bug, please do not add to an existing
bug. If a person gives a "this is my bug too", they are advised to file
a new bug for their hardware.
