Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: wifi-radar

Stumbling over an access point with invalid UTF-8 in its name produces
this warning:

/usr/sbin/wifi-radar:798: PangoWarning: Invalid UTF-8 string passed to
pango_layout_set_text()

There is no requirement that access point names be valid UTF-8 (in fact,
this one was valid Latin-1 "nätverk" or some such) so the strings should
not be displayed untranslated.

** Affects: wifi-radar (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
