Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gpointing-device-settings

source package: gpointing-device-settings 1.3.2-2

Description: Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS
Release: 10.04

My notebook is Lenovo R500 with its trackpoint, I don't need to use
touchpad so I wanted to switch it off in gpointing-device-settings. It's
OK until restart when touchpad is on again. It is a bit annoying when I
click (by my palm) somewhere I don't want to and text is written where
it shouldn't be.

** Affects: gpointing-device-settings (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
