I have to revive the bug, since I still experience this behavior. Despite that my password for sip.voipcheap.com account is stored in the .linphonerc file, linphone(c) wants me to constantly reenter this passwords. Sometime it gets happy and I can make a call without this. This may also be a bug on the vopicheap.com's behalf. However, ekiga communicates with that very sip server without this problem
