or I can reword the issue:
1. open two applications A and B on a ws. B has the focus
2. go to another workspace and open (or not) an application C
3. go the ws switcher view and click on A
4. the current ws is the one where A and B lives, HOWEVER, B has still the
focus, not A.
-> this is what I meant by "if the ws you select your application on
isn't the current one."
