In ubuntu there is no dev package which have static linked qt4 libraries
for development. In libqt4-dev is only dynamic linked version.
It is possible create new package libqt4-dev-static or add to existing
libqt4-dev all static linked libraries for development? In a lot of
ubuntu packages are static and dynamic linked versions of library
together in *-dev package.
When compiling Qt4, configure script support together static and dynamic
version.
