Hi Christian,
With the latest version of SC, a message saying 'Screenshot cannot be
loaded' (or something like that) is shown when the screenshot can't be
found. I believe this solves the first issue you speak about.
Secondly I don't feel that restricting users from the 'Get Software'
section because they have no internet connection is a good idea. Whilst
I appreciate that they cannot install, some users may want to just
browse, and for this it is able to function just fine.
I am marking this as Invalid, if you feel this is still an issue, please
reopen the bug, stating your reasons.
