Its in language u dont understande yes. Text is Latvian about.. opening "Report about crash". So that is correct apport item and it work like that but Icon is not Apports and that is a bug.
look at Main Item (Top item) in menu. Does it has programms icon? Of witch programm? I cant tell.. so that is a bug. Description has without pictue also description about problem.
