Public bug reported:
On a Dell XPS 5 with an audigy (revision 4) sound card, the sound skips every
second. It is silent for half a second then resumes.
This is for OSS and ALSA. The issue started after upgrading from Herd-5 to
Beta-1
No error messages are written to /var/log/messages
