Public bug reported:
I have Intel core i7 720QM CPU with 57 motherboard. I tried installing
64bit alpha 3 but failed to even boot.
The error msg read like this
"This kernel requires an x86-64 CPU, but only detected an i686 CPU.
Unable to boot - Please use a kernel appropriate for your CPU "
Will this version atleast support the Intel i686 architecture ?
