Hi Andrew, 1) Sorry I realise now that this was a mistake, I was trying to make it more clear but I ended up just changing the title to one of the possible solutions. I guess I was tired :)
2) I didn't realize that was a consequence of 'Opinion'. I was just looking at this bug and because there seemed to be a lack of overlapping consensus over which path to take (one opinion was that this wasn't even a bug) and so thought that 'Confirmed' was not a suitable status. 3) I didn't think the changes would be as controversial as you have taken them.
