Hmm. It looks like both Master and Speaker volumes are connected to the same NID, which is but this shouldn't affect headphones which runs through the other NID. Could you try to 1) set it to "analog output" 2) run the following terminal command: "alsamixer -D hw:SB" 3) Make sure both headphones, master and speaker are turned up.
Does this improve the situation?
