Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: liferea
The program (liferea) was badly translated inducing a error on entering
a command line parameters. The argument for the '-w' was translated
hidden = oculto / shown = exibido / iconified = iconificado. When you
read the help using the -h parameter you get a list of translated option
and using then don't work because internally the program expects for the
english version.
>From my computer, if I type in: liferea -h for showing the help (in
portugese) I got:
Opções de aplicativo:
-w, --mainwindow-state=ESTADO Iniciar o Liferea com a sua janela
principal em ESTADO. ESTADO pode ser `exibido', `iconificado', ou `oculto'
And after unsetting the LANG environment I got:
Application Options:
-w, --mainwindow-state=STATE Start Liferea with its main window in STATE.
STATE may be `shown', `iconified', or `hidden'
I suggest change the translating to keep the english words maybe with
some indication on the translated language below.
regards,
marcelo
