Binary package hint: nvidia-glx
As of 2 days ago X no longer starts. The error log says that this card
is not supported by 1.0-9755, and that 1.0-96xx should be used.
The nvida-glx-legacy package supplies a version which is too old.
How can I get 1.0-96xx using synaptic/update manager? How do I prevent
a future upgrade to an incompatible nvidia-glx version?
