Even though this package doesn't exists in Ubuntu repositories. It seems
that upstream already offert a Ubuntu package:
On an Ubuntu system, follow these steps:
* go to System->Administration->Software Sources
* go to tab 'Third-party-Software'
* click 'Add'
* enter 'deb http://apt.ticc.uvt.nl lenny main contrib non-free'
* optionally, enter 'deb-src http://apt.ticc.uvt.nl lenny main contrib
non-free'
* the key with which TiMBL is signed can be set under the 'Authentication'
tab; first download and then import http://apt.ticc.uvt.nl/public.key.
