I'm new to Ubuntu >,<

I get a script file with this link http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-
info.sh . So i right click on the link and save the file as alsa-info.sh
in the Downloads directory, then i try to run it from terminal using:
bash ./alsa-info.sh and get this:

bash: ./alsa-info.sh: No such file or directory

What do you mean by "assuming you are in the same directory where you saved
alsa-info.sh"? should the directory be open when I type the command?
Where did i messed up?
